  1. You need 3 of Irish potatoes.
  2. Provide 2 tsp of mixed herbs.
  3. Get of Drizzle of oil.
  4. Get to taste of Salt and pepper.

Steps to make Baked Herby Potato Crisps:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a pan.
  2. Slice potatoes thin (making sure they're all about the same size) and drizzle a little oil over them. Massage the oil into the potatoes then transfer them into a ziplock bag.
  3. Add herbs, salt and pepper to the bag and shake it all together until evenly distributed on the potato slices.
  4. Arrange the slices in your pan and bake for 20minutes or until cooked and dry.
  5. Enjoy with a dipping sauce or just as is!.

Other potatoes can be baked but the skin won't be as crispy. Add potatoes; seal bag and shake to coat. Rinse in cold water until the water. Rub a little oil over each potato and put on the top shelf of the oven. Make a cross in the centre of each potato, dollop over the soured cream and serve.
